• All services are subject to additional charges based on the size, condition, and time requirements of the job. You can be expected additional charges of $10 up to $50 depending on the job requirements.

• Service time estimates are only estimates and are not exact.

• We guarantee the best results, but results may not always be perfect. Some stains and damage may be permanent.

• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Reporting a new contamination as an issue is considered an abuse of services.

3.) Payment Disclaimer

• Dungeon Experiences currently accepts cash, checks, credit, debit, and tap payments.

• All payments for in person services are final. If you wish to report an issue, contact us and we will make it right.

4.) Liability Disclaimer

• Dungeon Experiences is not responsible for pre-existing damages.

• Client must disclose any known issues that may cause harm or further damage.

5.) Property Access Disclaimer

• Client must provide safe access to property.

• Electric outlet and water outlet must be provided.

• Dungeon Experiences has the right to stop working if a job site is unsafe.
